and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual
to whom the personal information relates.
In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction.
If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note the personal information that you requested the correction.

We may send a verification code to confirm ownership of the number you provided. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
Your phone number will be used by Advicemakers Limited and trusted service providers (e.g., SMS delivery platforms) for the purpose of delivering relevant messages, and always in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020.
In some cases, and only where you have given consent to be contacted about relevant products or services, we may share your contact details (including your phone number) with trusted referral or marketing partners so they can contact you directly about services that may be of interest to you.
We do not sell personal information indiscriminately. Any sharing of information with marketing or referral partners is done only where consent has been provided, is relevant to the services you have requested, and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties we share information with are required to protect it.
